It didn’t work that well. I search for ‘hook’ it didn’t even show any matching results. Then I try to search just ‘a’, it return no results. I am sure there are plenty of function that contain the ‘a’ alphabet.

WPlookup can be a alternative for wordpress codex, but we can’t forget about the content in wordpress codex. Even it’s outdated still we can get many resources to make a successful wordpress blog.

Well, Now wordpress codex is some what out dated with very old information. That’s a famous thing among wordpress bloggers, Normally wordpress forum gives a good support to solve something. I think WP lookup also a good source to get any help regarding wordpress.

I wish I had found this 2 days ago. I had trouble switching my permalinks to a more SEO friendly version. I was searching all through the codex and the forums. Eventually the problem resolved itself, but it would have been nice to know about this. This will also come in handy when I delve into designing my own wordpress themes.

Looks like an interesting tool, the codex is full of good stuff. Of course, if you want to get really geeky, you head straight for the source.
