That is a neat idea. I am not using Adsense Deluxe but I am using a couple of other ad plugins, and it works fine with them too. Makes it really simple to add the paypal button.

I used a different plugin to add in a hosted paypal button. My client didn't give me full access to paypal (nor do I really want access because of the liability that opens up) and just sent me the buy now code to embed. I used this plugin to insert the code into the post and it worked great: http://www.matteoionescu.com/wordpress/embed-html/

The paypal button was inserted into the post, not the sidebar.

Now i know that whatever effort i did, paypal will not work on the post. I understand the adsense plugin allowed you to insert script to the content. Many thanks for your unique solution to the problem.

Cheers

This is cool. It reminds me of shareware for a donation.
Some people will pay for quality journalism or entertaining blogging. While others will get to enjoy free publications by those who “blog” for the love of it.

There is a new version of this plugin. In this version you can configure the plugin so that the visitors can donate an amount they wish. Pretty impressive!
