I had trouble with this on one of my Wordpress sites. I’d always have these monster posts that went on forever…now I can change that so thanks very muchly.

No idea why it doesn’t work for you. It might be theme related. Try switching to another theme. If it is theme related, sorry wouldn’t know how to fix the theme.
