I had a hard time getting feedburner to work.it always look so complicated but this well well written and easy to understand.

Feedburner is very useful. It’s also good to know that you can use a plugin for wordpress to automatically redirect your feed to feedburner without modifying any template files

I have also been using Feedburner on my site. Since I Started to use it i get my subscribers,probably also because Feedburner is more trustworthy.

I use to use Feedburner but now I do not use it anymore.Many other online apps do the same work.

Everyone seems to recommend feedburner for statistics and tracking your feed followers, but I am finding there isn’t much need for me to switch over as most people seem to just come back to my site to check the latest stuff rather than check the feed through their reader software. (site logs back this up) so when I see a bigger shift I may switch over, but if there is a boost via the feedburner search function, I might need to switch just for the additional potential traffic to the site.

Any thoughts on that?

Thanks Jeff. I’m going to them today to see what they have. One thing I wish I could do is to offer feeds according to category, and without the limitation of only having the last 10 posts included. I hope maybe they’ll be able to accommodate me.

Feedburner gives you more options to help publicize the feeds. I could tell you all about it but you can go to Feedburner’s site and read it for yourself.

On one side I’m trying to keep my plug-ins limited to only the most vital, and here you recommend the Feedburner plug-in. I still don’t understand the advantage of using Feedburner over the standard RSS feed that comes with WordPress. Any help?
