Danny, there is no major difference between 2.5 and 2.5.1 in fact some issues have been fixed in the latest version.

I rarely encourage upgrading WordPress, but as the post says if you are running 2.5 and have ironed out the issues it should be an easy upgrade to 2.5.1.

Ive just recently updated to 2.5 and had some serious issues with some of the plugins that i was using and took a while to find and replace some of them so i think ill be sticking with it for a while before updating to 2.5.1.

One of my favorite plugins broke in WP 2.5.1, it's feedwordpress. My site doesn't syndicate feed anymore, and if it does, the title and the tag link to the original article >.
