Is it possible to add a custom field information to the permalink structure?

For example, if I create the "BRAND" field for the regular post, can I have a permalink structure like:

/BRAND/postname ???

Thanks

I personally prefer /category/post.html structure which is very good for SEO.

I like category/postname. The point is to use at least the postname to get a few keywords in the URL and not just a post number.
