Probably not a day goes by on a blogging forum somewhere that the question is asked. While you may have figured out where my preference lies. The question of which blogging platform is better may be a bit of a partisan issue. Loyalist on both sides will defend their chosen platform like people defend their political ideology. In my humble opinion a self-hosted WordPress blog is the best option for both beginner and advanced bloggers alike.

If you have an established blog with original content posted on a regular basis you too may be a victim of the lazy. There may be many other ways to stop content theft from WordPress blogs, but I have found the easiest for me is to add little something to each new post.

Making the content more readable to a wider audience can work wonders with the amount of traffic you get and keep on your WordPress blog.
