Graham, I usually delete any self-made trackbacks, like those from a forum or when I reference another post on my own blog. The only value I can see in keeping them is if you want to provide the link to your readers.

I almost always keep any other manually made trackbacks. But I always delete any trackbacks from a scraper-type blog that will pull my content from the feed and automatically post it on their AdSense garbage blog.

Great information again Jeff, I was particularly interested in the “track backs” as I sometimes get as comments when I post in the warrior forum. Is there any value to them accepting them as comments? or is just best to delete them?
