More than posting regularly, I think its what you post. You can post once in a month and still expect a hundred readers, if you have great content.

Too much posts can result in a saturation point. So its important to concentrate on quality.

I think posting regularly is very effective.

When I started off I was not that patient but then my dad told me to take time and make sure that I never give up on quality. But again it did not take off because I did not post regularly.

I think there is nothing that helps as much as social bookmarking. There are a lot of websites that are ready to take up your links and you can always make use of that.

But the important point is to maintain quality, because eventually content is the king and if your product or whatever does not have it in them then they will chucked out.
